Bunnie Buddies - altered dominoes and a card!

Happy Easter Everyone!
For today's DT inspiration I'm sharing two projects!
You've met Bunny Blue before, well he found some friends along the way.  Here they are hanging out on my Tim Holtz tin with their chickie friend ;0)

Altered domino magnets featuring Smeared Ink's Li'l Bunny Grumpie from the
The above photo was Bunny Blue's farewell party, he's off on his travels to my Sister ;0)
Here's the cute and rather clever Easter card I made her that is the perfect presentation card for a domino magnet.  What's clever about it you ask?  Well, you see the domino is rather heavy and a regular card just falls forward when you try to stand it up.  I cut the bottom edge of the back of the card at an angle so that it leans backwards like an easel when you stand it up.  No more head dives for Bunny Blue!  Pop on over to my DominoART blog if you'd like to know the 2nd clever part of the card, how to actually add the domino magnet to the front ;0)

I hope I've inspired you to come and play in our challenges!  The April one just started so there's plenty of time to join the fun - Smudgy Antics Challenge for April

Happy Stamping!

Hang in there

I've made a card for today's DT inspiration and have used Other side of Fear - Girl 2 made by Alexandria Serrano for my card.

As usual I colored her first and then started to look for papers, I picked out three different papers and one little piece of leftover card stock. I choose a design paper with autumn theme for the image and used the brown card stock as a frame for it. Then I had another design paper that I used as the card base, in matching colors. Added a text with letter stickers, "Hang in there" for a bit of fun. =)

To enter our monthly "Anything goes" challenge, don't forget that you have to use atleast one Smeared Ink image on your creation, to be able to enter! =)

Sunday with brass reindeer...

Hi,

I hope you all had a great Christmas or holidays wherever or whatever you are celebrating :)

I´ve made my last Christmas card for this season and I´ve used the cute "Brass The Steampunk Reindeer" image from Smeared Ink that I colored with copics and gel pens. The background is made with a steampunk gear stencil and distress ink pad vintage photo. Added some christmas stickers and a net.

There is still time to enter our monthly challenge - Anything goes Smeared Ink

Thank you!

Creepmas inspiration...

Hi,

I have a card to show of for inspiration this saturday. With Creepmas hop going on I thought it would be cool to show some creepy christmas stuff ;)

The very talented Teri Shermans images is now available in the Smeared Ink shop and I´ve used the digital image "creepmas centerpiece" for my card. Colored with copics. Added some glossy on mini skulls and candle. Branch punch from Martha Stewart and some black chalk on edges of all papers.

The only requirement is that you use a
SMEARED INK image....

Thank you!
